Fitness has always been a part of my life.  I have never liked the idea of joining a big club but instead like to take long runs with my dog or do some Yoga & Tae Bo.  The down side of this, of course, is to stay self-motivated.  Some days get so hectic and stressful, it is easy to get over-whelmed and very tempting to go easy on yourself or better still... exercise tomorrow!
I had reached a point in my life where I had some goals to achieve and I needed a jump start to get there.  It was at this point that Deane Cooke became my Personal Trainer.  You would have a hard time finding a more dedicated, caring, knowledgeable person, in this field.

Deane looks at the whole picture: your health, your habits, your goals and provides you with nutritional information and educates you on more productive training techniques.  I work different hours every week, so Deane customized a home routine based on the equipment I had and a routine at his gym.  I work hard at home... but harder still with Deane.  I really enjoy these sessions and feel good about my achievements.

Deane is very enthusiastic and encouraging and gives me 200%, so I try to give back by pushing myself to do my best.

It's a win-win situation for both of us!

I had worked out for years at the gym and at home before seeking Deane's help.  In just a few months I saw results that I never would have achieved by myself.  There is no comparison between working out by yourself, with a buddy or a junior trainer and working out with a mature, experienced professional.
